Hi Everyone!

This week we remember my beautiful grandfather, who passed away one year ago on 7th. June 2016. He was the kindest, most likeable and affable man you would ever meet. He was a linchpin in the creation of Pilates by Lisa, and we remember him with love and happiness and miss him every minute of every day.
I will always be grateful that I got to tell him how much I loved him.
 Be sure to make the most of every day. Don't start tomorrow if you can start today. Have no regrets. Most importantly, surround yourself with those you love and the rest will all fall into place! 
The cooler months have certainly arrived!
Remember, Summer bodies are made now! Use Winter to motivate yourself to look and feel fantastic by Summer!

As Joe Pilates himself said "When all your muscles are properly developed, you will, as a matter of course, perform your work with minimum effort and maximum pleasure."
