Start in a neutral position with your knees bent,heels and butt lifted sightly off the ground. Your arms are reaching out to the sides at shoulder level holding 1 kg hand weights.
Inhale to prepare and as you exhale lift your hips and your weights towards the ceiling simultaneously, keeping a very soft bend in your elbows and keeping your spin neutral. Return to your starting position and repeat 20 times!
Start once again in a neutral position with your knees bent,heels and butt lifted sightly off the ground. This time lift one leg towards the ceiling bring your weights by your shoulders with your elbows pointing towards the ceiling.
As you exhale, push through the supporting leg and lift your hips and extended leg towards the ceiling. At the same time extend your arms towards the ceiling too. Return to your starting position and repeat this 20 times on each side.
Lift your head and shoulder blades off the ground with your chin softly tucked in to lengthen the back of your neck and engage your abdominals. Bring your weights in beside your shoulders with your elbows pointing out to the sides.
Extend you left leg and arm at the same time “punching” the air. Alternate sides and repeat this 40 times!
