Welcome To Week Two!

What a response we have had to Week One of the Challenge!
We are already hearing of fantastic changes taking place. The impact we are seeing and hearing that the Challenge is having on member's well-being, health and mindset is truly inspiring.
You are seeing changes in your bodies after just one week, imagine where you will be after one month!
Creating fantastic daily habits by incorporating your workouts means you will not only feel, but will look amazing too!
With 7 days down, it feels so good having all those workouts crossed off. What changes have you noticed so far? Do you find you are unconsciously engaging your abs? Have any niggling pains disappeared? Are you sleeping better? Are you able to do a couple more reps of the exercises than last week?
As you notice these changes taking place you will become more enthusiastic and impassioned with your pilates workouts.
What a healthy addiction we are all creating!

Spring Into Summer Core Heat

This is a workout I've been doing regularly since we've been on the road. It's simple, it's compact but it really gets effective results for lifting, toning and sculpting your butt!

Winter Weight Sculpting Routine

This routine was filmed in the incredible Swiss Alps, a little taster of what we have to come for the upcoming Winter Challenge! We're going to be using 1 kg (2 lb) weights to really sculpt, tone and define your entire body adding that extra little bit of resistance so you'll see the extra results! This is the perfect routine to maintain a strong, toned, defined figure during the colder weather!

Upper Back Stretch Routine

The upper back is one of the hardest areas to get into, but it's an area where a lot of us carry our tension. These stretches will give you the ultimate release and melt away any tension so you feel relayed, invigorated and pain free! You wont't believe the difference if you suffer from neck, shoulder or back tension! Great for relieving tension headaches, improving posture and overall wellbeing.
