We will be strengthening deep stabilising muscles we need to support the pelvis, strengthen the pelvic floor and continue to strengthen and stabilise all of the joints as we continue to grow and change!

At the time of filming, I had just moved into my second trimester, however, this workout is suitable right throughout any stage as long as you are comfortable! Additionally, if you don't have a booty band this is still an AMAZING lower body session with no equipment at all! ⁣
