Today I'll be taking you through a fantastic leg slimming, butt and thigh firming workout that's going to really work you from every different angle! We are going to be working through flexion and extension of the hip, external rotation and honing in on the glutes, particularly the gluteus medius. This small but mighty muscle is crucial for maintaining healthy hip and knee joints, ensuring the pelvis is correctly aligned and to fend off back aches and pains!
