Hi Everyone!

This week we march into the first week of Winter. Don't let the cooler weather deter you! If making time for yourself means getting out of that warm bed, remember those first initial few minutes will fade into a distant memory at the end of the day when you feel great and know that your workout is ticked off for the day!

Side Cincher Workout

We will be working deep into our obliques, gluteals and outer thighs to cinch, tone and strengthen the outline of your body! This is a fun, challenging session, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Strength & Control Upper Body Workout

Using the resistance band, we will be working hard to create strength and definition throughout the entire upper body! You will also have greater stability through the shoulder joint, improved posture and no more neck and back pain by stretching and strengthening all of the right places!

Hamstring Release Tutorial

Tight, inflexible hamstrings are extremely common and can lead to chronic back, hip and knee pain. When we sit for extended periods of time with our knees bent and slouching, it causes the hamstrings to shorten and tighten (this position leads to tight hip flexors also). This tutorial stretches and strengthens the hamstrings using active stretching techniques to reverse neuromuscular setting patterns to ensure you are flexible, strong and pain free.
