What a busy week it's been!
With only two weeks to go until we all start the
Winter Warmer Challenge we have been finalising and adding the finishing touches to some fantastic workouts. We'll all be working those abs in the majestic Swiss Alps, toning our upper bodies by the River Seine in Paris and working our legs out in Hyde Park London!
Let's take the next two weeks in the lead up to prepare, strengthen, stretch and move our bodies exactly the way they were designed to move so we get optimal results from the Challenge!

An absolute killer workout with new moves that flow seamlessly to give you the perfect workout! Feel that famous Pilates burn that will sculpt your midsection and tone your lower body to perfection!
This is one of those workouts where you can feel the results immediately! After completing this workout your body will feel trim, toned and terrific, it is a KILLER! Get ready to work the gluteals, hamstrings, inner and outer thighs for a complete lower body transformation.
This routine was filmed in the incredible Swiss Alps, a little taster of what we have to come for the upcoming Winter Challenge! We're going to be using 1 kg (2 lb) weights to really sculpt, tone and define your entire body adding that extra little bit of resistance so you'll see the extra results! This is the perfect routine to maintain a strong, toned, defined figure during the colder weather!
This is a fantastic lengthening stretch routine that will accompany any of our workout videos to soothe aching muscles, increase lean muscle and dramatically improve your flexibility! Pair this up with a long, gruelling session to ensure you are getting the most out of your workout!

This week we are at Green Lake in beautiful Whistler, Canada. This workout is comprised of all my favourite exercises to slim, tone and tighten your waistline, I know you are going to love it! You'll be feeling that famous burn as we work through rotational movements to target those obliques.
We will be working through your entire midsection and lower body to really sculpt and tone your perfect beach body.
This short and sharp workout really gets down to business! You'll be working the back extensors, triceps, shoulders and the entire back of your body! The perfect addition to any workout or on it's own to strengthen your core muscles and improve back strength and mobility.
I've had a lot of requests for an upper body workout with no equipment. I thought it was the perfect opportunity to compile my all time favourite arm sculpting moves into one challenging session! I could feel every muscle in my upper body for days after this class, and I know you will too!
This is the ideal workout for days when you need a quick ab fix. This is the perfect addition to any of our workouts if you want just that little bit of extra core work without having to commit to a full routine!

We shot this workout at String Lake in Grand Teeton National Park, Wyoming...what a sensational spot! The addition of the resistance band in this workout will really firm, sculpt and tone every inch of your lower body. We focus on the calves, glutes, hamstrings, inner and outer thighs to completely transform your legs. No band? Try it without, it's still very challenging!
