Hi Everyone!  It has now been four weeks since Tim and I touched down on home soil Down Under in Australia, and what a whirlwind it has been! We were a little anxious and scared to begin with...what if post-travel depression set in? Would we want to hop on the next plane out? Well I can assure it's been the opposite, never have we ever appreciated our little island home so much! Being back with Mum, Diggity, my brother Michael and all our friends has been sensational, the weather has been absolutely glorious, the coffee better than ever and the fresh, incredible food we are so lucky to have anabundance of has not been taken for granted! Aside from all of our little Aussie pleasures, we have been working our little tails off! Lots of new video shoots on our beautiful beaches with the waves crashing behind me...you're going to LOVE these new workouts!
