Welcome to your Pilates By Lisa Cardio Barre Program. This program is designed to not only slim and tone your entire body, but also increase your cardiovascular fitness so that you are burning calories and boosting your metabolism whilst you are sculpting and defining.
This is a 28 day program, repeating Monday to Saturday's workout videos over a period of four weeks.
TUESDAY: Cardio Barre Strength
Today's workout will incorporate 1 kg hand weights to not only sculpt, tone and define the entire body but also increase our heart rate and boost our metabolism.
WEDNESDAY: Cardio Barre Sculpt
Today we will be focusing on sculpting and redefining the entire body with the perfect combination of cardiovascular and toning moves.
THURSDAY: Cardio Barre Shape
This workout takes things to a whole new level with the addition of 1 kg hand weights to create the ultimate definition, lengthening and strengthening every muscle.
FRIDAY: Cardio Barre Streamlined
This workout incorporates dynamic, effective moves using the body's complete range of motion to not only sculpt your muscles but also increase your flexibility like never before!
SATURDAY: Cardio Barre Stretch
This workout is the perfect addition to any of the workouts in our Cardio Barre program, or by itself it is a fantastic elongating stretch!
