Welcome to your Pilates By Lisa Cardio Barre Program. This program is designed to not only slim and tone your entire body, but also increase your cardiovascular fitness so that you are burning calories and boosting your metabolism whilst you are sculpting and defining.

This is a 28 day program, repeating Monday to Saturday's workout videos over a period of four weeks.
