If you have a hectic work and life schedule, you know how easy it is to forget things or push things to the side if they are not in your diary or calendar! The same goes for your workouts. I schedule it like it's an appointment, staying fit is just as important as anything else in my diary!
Prioritise exercise by blocking out time in your diary at times that best suit and make sure you don't cancel them!
Like I mentioned earlier, the best thing is your home doesn't have to look like a gym! If you have a small space like me (our 30 ft. Campevan) then you'll need to make whatever space you have work!
Find a space that gives you some peace and quiet with minimal distractions, maybe at the foot of your bed, your home office or if you're up and going before the rest of the house the living room is a grat option! In time that space will feel like your own personal studio, and you will learn to associate that area with working out so that everytime you see it, it reminds you to get out your mat!
These days I feel like it is completely acceptable to wear tights eveywhere, so I do! Take advantage of this social acceptance and wear your active wear at every given opportunity. I find that it gets me in the mood for a workout, and before I have time to change my mind I'm dressed and ready to go, it takes away the unmotivating step of having to get changed.
If you work in an office job, change into some comfy workout clothes before anything else and on weekends, make it your number one outfit!
After you've finished a great workout and your feeling fantastic, feel free to shout it from the social rooftops! I LOVE seeing our members share their workout photos on Instagram and Facebook, and we even have a Facebook Forum that all members are free to join so they can meet each other and chat about their workouts! I've been working harder lately thanks to the extra motivation I get from seeing our wonderful members checking in and ticking off their workouts!

I like to find small rewards in my day to persuade myself to work out! I love my morning coffee, but it's a no deal if I havent done my morning Pilates workout! If I need to fit my workout in later in the day, dinner is not happening until I've had that workout (sorry Tim!)
The little things you enjoy during the day are so much more satisfying if you have them after you've accomplished a workout!
If food's not your thing, treat yourself to some new exercise clothes if you complete all your workouts for a month, then every time you wear it you will be reminded of just how strong and capable you are!
When you just can't find your workout mojo no matter what you do, bargain with yourself! I tell myself I'll just do half of what I normally do, "Just 10 minutes" always gets me on the mat! Then, nine times out of ten, I end up doing the full workout and then some, I always think that since I've started I may as well keep going!
