This week, try eliminating anything toxic in your life, whether its junk food, soft drink, too much computer time or anything you feel drains you, toss it out. Focus on your daily workouts, drinking lots of water and fresh, healthy meals and you will be amazed how easily you can spring clean you life with a little determination.
