Here are my top five tips for how to fit exercise into your daily life, no matter how busy you are!

1. Look For Convenience

Pick a workout form that you can do anywhere, anytime, whether you’re travelling, busy with family or getting home from the office late. Ideally, this will be a form of exercise that doesn’t require much preparation and that accomplishes significant physical gains in a short period of time. 2. Find What You Love

Using self-discipline is often necessary when it comes to exercise, but make it a whole lot easier on yourself by choosing a form of exercise that fits your lifestyle, personality, and taste! Personally I love flexibility routines, lower body workouts, some abdominal workouts and a little upper body, so on days where I’m struggling to find motivation I always turn to a short and sharp stretching routine followed by a quick abdominal and butt workout. It gets me going every time and I end up doing a sensational workout! Below is one of my all time favourite combinations. The best part? 4. Record Your Achievements

Make a note in your diary every time you workout, add up your workout sessions at the end of each week, month, and year so you can track your progress and identify areas for improvement! Measuring your activity will help you to stay on track and realise when you’re going off track before you’ve completely lost the habit!


5. Choose Something Over Nothing

You don’t need an hour to get a complete, effective workout. Some exercise is always better than none.
