The secret to a gravity defying, pert & perky behind?

Pilates, of course! Squats and lunges are many people's go-to moves when trying to tone their bottom, but the problem is that when you only do squats, you’re missing out on the most critical muscles of the glutes: the glute medius and minimus. These are the deeper, more intrinsic muscles of the glutes that build up and lift your tush, creating that famous Pilates behind!

Beyond giving you incredible asthetic results, these muscles are absolutely essential for stabilising your hips, improving penvic stability and preventing hip, knee and lower back pain, potentially eliminating the need for hip and knee replacements later in life! These muscles are typically lazy, and when they aren't activated and worked consistently they will succumb to gravity and also cause an array of ailments. So here are my top five workouts for lifting, toning and sculpting your butt!
