Welcome to a fresh, new Friday Favourites! ! Each Friday I share a few of my favourite things, including what's on my plate, the workout I'm loving, what I'm wearing, my favourite binge TV and my go-to beauty products! If you have any requests for what you would like to see in the Friday Favourites please let me know and I will make sure I share it with you!

Favourite Beauty Product

Estee Lauder's "The Illuminator" primer is my all time favourite for creating a subtle glow without the shimmer or shine! It applies to my skin so smoothly, and sets within a minute to create a soft, pale pink sheen that makes foundation a dream to apply! I have quite oily skin so I absolutely love how this illuminates without feeling greasy.

Something else that I love is that it is completely fragrance free (a non-negotiable for me!) and contains shea butter and vitamin E, so you are looking after your skin as well as enhancing it. I pair this with the Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation in Tawny, and I absolutely love the look and feel of this combo.

When asked if she had beauty secrets, Audrey Hepburn once said, “If I had them, I’d make a fortune.  But I know what helps...health, lots of sleep, lots of fresh air, and a lot of help from Estee Lauder.”

Workout Wear I'm Loving

No matter whether we are on the road travelling or back on home turf here in Australia, we have always LOVED filming in Popflex Active! Not only are the designs absolutely gorgeous and unique, but they are also extremely comfortable which is crucial for me. You all know how much I love coordinating my outfits with my surroundings, and Popflex designs make this effortless with their bright colours and fun prints.

What I'm Watching

If you have been keeping up with my previous Friday Favourites, you can probably tell I'm an absolute sucker for reality TV! "The Hills" is no exception, I've watched the series several times and it's a great comfort for me, it allows me to just switch off and forget whatever is happening in the world and just become absorbed in the dramas of the Hollywood Hills!

Is anyone else as much of a reality TV tragic as I am? I know I must have kindred spirits out there who are just as addicted as I am!

My Go-To Workout

The "Glutes And Abs Workout" has been a workout I've returned to over and over since we released it on the Online Studio a couple of weeks ago, I love that it targets so many areas in one quick, efficient routine!

This is a fantastic workout that is comprised of the best multi-tasking moves to sculpt, tone and define not only your Powerhouse, but also your lower body too!

What's On My Plate

My go-to lunch lately has been Nicoise Salad. I fell in love with this salad when we were travelling through Europe, it was always my go to in cafes and it never dissappointed! I've been working on recreating the perfect Nicoise Salad now that I'm back home and I've been thrilled with how easy it is to prepare. It's full of healthy fats, filling and SO delicious!
