Week Three Here We Come!
The key to successfully accomplishing one goal and then aiming for the next is to stay motivated.
Have you set goals for our Challenge? Are you aiming to boost your energy, sleep better, manage chronic pain or to tone up and slim down....or maybe even all of the above!
Write your goals down. As you approach them and then achieve them, you will be surprised how motivating and impelling it can be. Make your Pilates workout an integral part of your day and remind yourself of your goals. As you achieve each goal, whether it be big or small, you are striving for a better you! Reward yourself! It doesn't even have to be a material reward. After your workout, savour those "feel good" endorphins we get from Pilates, I guarantee you will feel great all day and that, in itself, is a reward!
You will find motivation comes in different ways too! Do you find yourself enjoying taking the stairs because you have more energy? Do you find yourself standing taller as you push your shopping trolley because you are engaging your core? Noticing small changes in yourself is motivating and pretty soon you will be noticing big changes and crossing off your goals!
Congratulate yourself on your achievements, keep marking off those workouts and remember Pilates gives you vitality, strength, a healthy lifestyle and that beautiful inner AND outer glow!
