Healthy, Happy March - Your Seven Day Workout Schedule

Hi Everyone! And.......suddenly it's March! Is it just me or does everyone find the days melt into weeks, the weeks into months, more and more quickly? If your life is hectic, and you're feeling overwhelmed, write yourself a list of "things to be done." If you have it all written down there in front of you and cross off each item as you do it, you are not trying to remember a thousand things and will feel a great sense of accomplishment and achievement with each item you tick off. It's hard to concentrate when you are constantly thinking about what needs to be done! Of course, on the top of your "to do" list is Pilates!
