Seven Day Cellulite Free Plan!

Pilates is THE best way to firm and tone your lower body and dramatically reduce, if not eliminate, the appearance of cellulite! Try this seven day plan for four weeks and see the results for yourself! This plan is set out just like our usual full body weekly schedule, only the focus is on blasting the lower body and erradicating cellulite. The workouts range from 30-45 minutes on any given day and there are two workout videos designated to each day. Most of the workouts are a combination of a cardiovascular, fat burning standing barre workout and a muscle firming, toning mat workout. Equipment such as ankle weights, hand weights and resistance bands are included but not compulsory, you can do all of these workouts equipment free. The beauty of Pilates is that you can do these workouts consecutively and you will not be stressing or overworking your body, you can never get too much Pilates! The workouts are short enough and varied enough so that you won't burn out and you will also be maximising your results by mixing it up!
