We are so excited to finally be able to launch Day One of our Kickstart Your Pilates Series!
This is the most comprehensive, effective program available that will provide you with all of the knowledge, tools and techniques you need to start your Pilates practice and then proceed to take it to the next level!
Day one covers the fundamentals of Pilates including how to engage your "Powerhouse", finding neutral spine and perfecting your breathing technique.
For the month of April we will not be releasing a new workout every week. Instead, commencing today, and for the next 14 days, we will be releasing a new, full length workout as part of the Kickstart program every single day! These progressive workouts will not only give you a great basis to workout from but will build your fitness from the ground up so you are getting maximum results and moving your body exactly the way it was meant to be moved!
This series is ideal for everyone, including complete beginners wanting to start with the strongest practice possible, post natal or rehabilitation clients seeking to return to exercise and anyone who currently practices Pilates and wants to perfect their technique!
The Kickstart Series will be a permanent addition to the Online Studio which means you can repeat any of the days until you feel ready to move on. If you want to repeat Day 1 for 3 or 4 days, that's OK, or if you want to go back and refresh and revise a day you've already done, that's OK too, you choose when you're ready to progress!
We will continue to e-mail a weekly schedule to all members for those who would still like to follow a workout routine or even add the workouts to the daily kickstart series.
