Hi Everyone! Week One Down! Welcome To Week Two! What a response we have had to Week One of the Challenge! We are already hearing of fantastic changes taking place. The impact we are seeing and hearing that the Challenge is having on member's well-being, health and mindset is truly inspiring. You are seeing changes in your bodies after just one week, imagine where you will be after one month! Creating fantastic daily habits by incorporating your workouts means you will not only feel, but will look amazing too! With 7 days down, it feels so good having all those workouts crossed off. Hi Everyone! What a busy week it's been! With only two weeks to go until we all start the Winter Warmer Challenge we have been finalising and adding the finishing touches to some fantastic workouts. We'll all be working those abs in the majestic Swiss Alps, toning our upper bodies by the River Seine in Paris and  working our legs out in Hyde Park London! Let's take the next two weeks in the lead up to prepare, strengthen, stretch and move our bodies exactly the way they were designed to move so we get optimal results from the Challenge!
