What a busy week it's been!
Being on the go, working, raising families and the everyday stresses of life can dramatically affect our health and wellbeing.
Little adjustments to your lifestyle can have a huge impact on your appearance, health, persona and general outlook on life. Taking time to exercise can be the minor adjustment your body is craving! I aim to do my workout at sunrise every day. Nothing feels better than to start the day knowing you have a big tick beside that first item on your "to do" list. Your blood will be flowing, your skin will be glowing, energy levels will have risen and your mindset will be refreshed! You'll be ready for your day! It's my "me time" and for thirty minutes, before anyone else is up, I start my day the best way possible. Small adjustments like getting up thirty minutes earlier, taking the stairs instead of the lift, parking further away at the shopping centre or simply taking your dog for a walk, will make an enormous difference to how you look and feel. Let's make this a week to make a difference to our lives. Tick off your workouts on the schedule or even try a workout you haven't done before, there are lots to choose from!
